How we use your checkup information
When you request your results, Succession Security receives your name, email, optional business name, answers and score. Structured Web Design hosts the checkup. We use this information to save your assessment, send your results and respond to questions.
Membership tips and promotional follow-up emails are optional. The marketing checkbox starts unchecked. Choosing not to receive marketing does not prevent you from receiving your results. You can unsubscribe using a link in a marketing email.
Information is stored in a restricted hosting database and results are processed by the configured email provider. Authorized administrators can access it. Do not enter passwords, client names, account details or financial records into this checkup.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this checkup, such as which page or campaign brought them here and whether they started, completed or booked a consultation. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information from your browser. We do not send your name, email, business name or individual answers to Google Analytics; only the step reached and the overall result category. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Separately, checkup reports contain daily totals of saved submissions and marketing choices. Hosting providers may keep operational access logs; keyed, short-lived identifiers help limit automated submissions.
The results page includes Calendly for appointment scheduling. Its embedded service may receive technical information from your browser and handles appointment information under its own privacy policy.
To ask about your information, request deletion, or withdraw marketing permission, contact membership@successionsecurity.com. We retain a minimal suppression record to respect unsubscribe requests.
